Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Stephanie Nitzel, a sole proprietor doing business as Team Nitzel ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website located at https://go.teamnitzelre.com (the "Site").
It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally, and our Terms of Service.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to give site owners information about how their site is being used.
Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by a company other than the website owner — for example, the platform that hosts our pages — are called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies allow features supplied by outside providers, such as page hosting, form handling, and site analytics, to function.
We also use similar technologies that serve related purposes, including web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs), which are small graphic files embedded in pages or emails that can tell us whether a page was viewed or an email was opened, and local storage, which allows a site to store small amounts of information in your browser.
In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies together.
We use cookies for a small number of purposes:
We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not run targeted advertising, retargeting, or ad networks on the Site, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other websites. We do not sell or share personal information collected through cookies.
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Enables core functions such as page delivery, form submission, security, load balancing, and preventing fraudulent submissions. Without these, the Site cannot work properly. | These are required for the Site to function. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Site may stop working. |
| Functionality | Remembers choices and information you have entered, so the Site behaves consistently across pages and return visits. | Yes, through your browser settings. Some convenience features may stop working. |
| Performance and analytics | Collects aggregate information about how the Site is used — pages visited, time on page, referring source, errors encountered — so we can improve it. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to advertise to you. | Yes, through your browser settings. |
| Email measurement | Web beacons in our emails tell us whether a message was delivered and opened, and whether a link was clicked. | Yes. Most email programs let you block remote images, which prevents these from loading. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time. |
| Advertising and targeting | Not used. We do not place advertising, retargeting, or ad network cookies on the Site, and we do not permit third-party advertising on the Site. | Not applicable. |
Cookies may be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. We use both.
Some cookies on the Site are placed by service providers who operate parts of the Site on our behalf. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we identify these providers by category rather than by name, because the specific vendors we use may change:
These providers may set their own cookies and are subject to their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We do not authorize them to use information collected on the Site to advertise to you.
We do not currently use Google Analytics on the Site. If we add it or another analytics service in the future, we will update this policy before or at the time that change takes effect.
You have several ways to control or limit cookies.
Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them individually or entirely, and block them from specific sites or all sites. These controls are usually found under a menu labeled Settings, Preferences, Privacy, or Security. Browser help documentation explains the exact steps for each browser and version.
If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as expected, and information you have entered may not be remembered.
Most email programs can be set to block remote images by default, which prevents web beacons in email from loading. You may also unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or stop text messages by replying STOP.
Mobile browsers offer similar controls in their settings. Mobile operating systems also provide device-level advertising controls, though we do not use advertising identifiers.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this policy. We do not track users across third-party websites in any case.
The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. Information collected through cookies is processed in the United States by us and by our service providers.
Information collected through cookies is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and longer where retention is required by law.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made. Please revisit this page periodically.
