This Cookie Policy explains how Stephanie Nitzel, a sole proprietor doing business as Team Nitzel ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website located at https://go.teamnitzelre.com (the "Site").

What Cookies Are

Why We Use Cookies

Types of Cookies We Use

Cookies may be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. We use both.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Site are placed by service providers who operate parts of the Site on our behalf. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we identify these providers by category rather than by name, because the specific vendors we use may change:

• Website hosting — delivering our pages and keeping them available;
• Cloud computing services — the infrastructure our pages and data run on;
• Sales and marketing tools — handling our request forms and managing the follow-up we send to people who ask for materials;
• Communication and collaboration tools — sending and measuring our email and text messages;
• Data analytics services — measuring Site usage in aggregate.

These providers may set their own cookies and are subject to their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We do not authorize them to use information collected on the Site to advertise to you.

We do not currently use Google Analytics on the Site. If we add it or another analytics service in the future, we will update this policy before or at the time that change takes effect.

Browser settings

Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them individually or entirely, and block them from specific sites or all sites. These controls are usually found under a menu labeled Settings, Preferences, Privacy, or Security. Browser help documentation explains the exact steps for each browser and version.

If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as expected, and information you have entered may not be remembered.

Email images

Most email programs can be set to block remote images by default, which prevents web beacons in email from loading. You may also unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or stop text messages by replying STOP.

Mobile devices

Mobile browsers offer similar controls in their settings. Mobile operating systems also provide device-level advertising controls, though we do not use advertising identifiers.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this policy. We do not track users across third-party websites in any case.

Where Information Goes

The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. Information collected through cookies is processed in the United States by us and by our service providers.

How Long Information Is Kept

Information collected through cookies is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and longer where retention is required by law.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made. Please revisit this page periodically.
